Khan’s Management Group are fully aware of the importance and value of well-trained, happy pro-active staff team all staff are selected with this in mind. All of our employees are invited to further their knowledge of the hospitality industry through further education at the cost of Khan’s Management Group. When employed by Khan’s Management Group staff are given an extensive induction course and provided with the appropriate information covering our expectations of customer service, presentation and food handling. We value the feedback from Centre Management and staff is of great value in the quest of providing and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Although we are of the firm belief that our staff is the foundation of our business, we are also fully aware that they are only as good as their Managers. Khan’s Management Group Senior Management team prides itself on leading by example, and this is only achieved by having a hands-on approach, we have found that this approach is also a great moral booster for all employees.
At each of our managed sites we appoint a suitably qualified full time Manager.
