Khan’s Management Group currently employs the services of an independent company that conducts mystery shopper visits to all our sites monthly, these are presented to all our site managers and open discussion is invited. Often through open discussion we learn methods to improve our level of service or site managers learn successful tips from each other.
To ensure that Khan’s Management Group is always up to date with industry standards and innovations our monthly meetings are used as a forum for all managers to discuss new ideas and provides them with the opportunity to discuss requirements specific to their site, also industry experts are invited to talk about various issues including new products, marketing, point of sale, food practices and customer service.
The management of Khan’s Management Group is always seeking improvement through recognizing the demands of its clients.
