KMG also provide an extensive external catering service. After 36 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, we have developed an in-depth comprehensive knowledge of all facets of the industry. Organisationally, KMG has two separate operating divisions, one for the leisure, sporting and corporate facilities and another for performing arts and convention centres, providing the same effective business principle to two distinctively different business segments.

In 1992 the café at Aquarena Aquatic and Leisure Centre in Doncaster, Melbourne, Victoria was founded. Since then goodlife café has grown to 16 café facilities, located in leisure/sporting centres around Melbourne and Mildura, collectively over 9 million people walk through the doors of these venues annually. We are proud to say that in such a short time we are Victoria’s largest caterer in the field of sports and recreation, in partnership with local governments and other management companies.

Khan’s Management Group are fully aware of the importance and value of well-trained, happy pro-active staff team all staff are selected with this in mind. All of our employees are invited to further their knowledge of the hospitality industry through further education at the cost of Khan’s Management Group. When employed by Khan’s Management Group staff are given an extensive induction course and provided with the appropriate information covering our expectations of customer service, presentation and food handling. We value the feedback from Centre Management and staff is of great value in the quest of providing and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Although we are of the firm belief that our staff is the foundation of our business, we are also fully aware that they are only as good as their Managers. Khan’s Management Group Senior Management team prides itself on leading by example, and this is only achieved by having a hands-on approach, we have found that this approach is also a great moral booster for all employees.
At each of our managed sites we appoint a suitably qualified full time Manager.

The Good Life Café has now established fascilities of a Coffee Cart for hire. The coffee cart comes with the experience and organisational skills to totally prepare the cart for your next function or event etc. The coffee cart is available with our own blend of coffees/teas with a range of pre-made sandwiches, soft drinks, water bottles, packaged biscuits and hot foods if required. Whether it is coffee for your corporate function, launch, school fetes, charity, fundraiser events, sports tournaments, weddings or parties, anywhere you need coffee for your clients or crowds, we can provide the quality you are looking for. For fundraising events, we offer a return of 10% of sales or .50c per coffee.
